TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) — A professional ethics panel recommended Thursday that former Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline have his state law license suspended indefinitely over his conduct during criminal investigations of abortion providers, saying he was "motivated by dishonesty and selfishness."
The three-member panel of the state Board for Discipline of Attorneys said Kline repeatedly misled other officials or allowed subordinates to mislead others, including a Kansas City-area grand jury, to further investigations of abortion providers. The panel also said Kline made a false statement to the office investigating the misconduct claims against him and even attempted to mislead the panel itself as it considered his case.
Kline has strongly disputed the allegations against him and called the complaint politically motivated.
"I upheld my duty, upheld my oath of office and the integrity of my profession," Kline said in a statement emailed to The Associated Press. "I will continue to speak and stand for the truth and for those who cannot speak for themselves." Read More.
The Democrats, pro-choice (aka pro-abortion) supporters will never forgive the one man who followed the law, and tried to prosecute the Tiller clinic and Planned Parenthood for failing to report cases of statutory rape of young girls who came into the clinics for abortions. They will not forget the man who dared to violate the sacred cow of Democrats, and those who believe the woman has more rights than the fetuses which, if allowed to live, would be born as a viable human being.
They are attempting to bankrupt Phill Kline, simple and clear, and to intimidate any future law officer who would dare to interfere in any way of a woman's "right" to chose an abortion for any reason whatsoever, regardless of any law regarding viability.
This corruption among public officials goes up even to the Kansas Supreme Court, which has pro-abortion justices who have come out against Mr. Kline. I suggest voting against retention of any of them in future elections.
Former and present Kansas officials behind the witch hunt against former Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline.
After spending millions to drive Kline out of office, a task made possible only with the blind support of the McClatchy-owned newspapers in Kansas City and Wichita, the state's abortion industry has hoped to make an example out of the one prosecutor in http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifthe nation who dared to bring charges against Planned Parenthood.I have followed the actions of the Tiller Clinic, Planned Parenthood, and former Kansas Attorney General during and since he was the Kansas AG up until the present moment. The pro-abortion officials and others allied with the late Dr.Tiller and Planned Parenthood have misrepresented the actions of Phill Kline and have maligned the character of a good man. Operation Rescue has maintained a detailed timeline of events among theise two abortion mills and Phill Kline. Timeline at Operation Rescue.
The industry has been aided and abetted in its task by a Kansas State Supreme Court, whose of whose justices were appointed by former Democratic Gov. Kathleen Sebelius. Jack Cahill
Their time will come. We can all be sure of that.

Phill Kline had to following to say about the outcome (& I tend to agree with him):the panel “did what they were instructed to do.”
“This is the latest chapter of a Sebelius appointed court covering up for a Sebelius political benefactor in order to protect the flow of hundreds of millions of dollars of taxpayer dollars,” he said. “The Sebelius court joined Planned Parenthood to file this complaint, appointed the prosecutor, appointed the panel and will make the final decision. ”

Al, if the Supreme Court does suspend Kline's license, I'll be here to comment on it. I'll also do what I can to bring about a non-retain judges.
